Payment Schedule / Cancelation Policy

Payment Details

Initial Deposit – 10%

A 10% deposit of the total booking amount will be automatically charged 24 hours after your reservation is made. Payment of this deposit signifies acceptance of our House Rules & Guest Information document, so we kindly ask that you review the attached information prior to the deposit being processed.

Second Payment – 40%

The second payment of 40% will be automatically charged to your credit card 60 days prior to your stay.

Final Payment – 50%

The remaining balance of 50% will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Bookings made within 30 days of arrival may process all payment installments immediately as separate charges.

Security Deposit

A $500 refundable security deposit hold will be placed for up to 7 days after booking to cover any damages caused during your stay by registered guests or visitors.

We’re happy to say we’ve never had to charge this and hope to keep that streak going. If anything is accidentally damaged during your stay, please let us know right away and we’ll work through it together.

Cancellation Policy

• Initial 10% deposit is non-refundable

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will not be charged the second payment

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will not be charged the final payment

• Due to our payment structure, no refunds will be issued for payments already processed
